The 2026 harvest season has officially arrived in the Western Cape, bringing with it the unique energy (and amazing smells) of a cellar at peak production! For those looking to experience a harvest this year, Durbanville Hills is offering a rare opportunity to step inside their cellar and meet with the winemakers!

From 18 February to 14 March 2026, Durbanville Hills invites you to join in on the Harvest fun!

A Behind-the-Scenes Journey in the Cellar

Your experience will start with a refreshingly lively glass of Durbanville Hills Cap Classique. You will then be guided through the functional spaces of the cellar, where the harvest is in full swing.

A highlight of the tour is the rare opportunity to taste "must" straight from the source. Must is the wine juice that is still undergoing fermentation. It is sweet and vibrant, giving you an authentic glimpse into the earliest phase of a wine's lifespan before it goes into the bottle.

Your Signature Bottle

Your creativity will take centre stage at the blending tables. Under the expert guidance of the Durbanville Hills team, you will be given the exciting opportunity to blend your own wine!

By adjusting, tasting, and refining the ratios, you can create a wine style that is entirely your own. Each guest will seal their custom blend into a bottle to take home—a great keepsake!

Culinary Excellence at The Tangram

Your experience will conclude at The Tangram, the estate’s restaurant. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated two-course menu, with each dish expertly paired with Durbanville Hills wines.
